QUALITY POLICY STATEMENT
Our endeavour is to provide quality service, fully meeting or exceeding customer needs and expectations as well as fitness of equipments for use. The head of service & maintenance is responsible to ensure the minimum downtime of the equipments. He monitors and reviews the schedule of preventive maintenance of equipments to minimize the breakdowns in equipments. He is authorized to exercise his power to implement systems and programmes laid down in operation and service manuals of equipments. He is responsible for keeping all the fast moving parts, consumables in ready stock at all the respective sites to give best service to our valuable Clients.
The Head — Service & maintenance makes routine surprise visits at sites to check inventory, quality of service, maintenance records, and whether safety norms are being followed religiously by concerned site representatives. He has freedom to impose a HOLD on crane operation at any stage to prevent any incident due to non-compliance with specifications and guidelines given by OEMs, and reports directly to me.
In case any dispute arises between our Service Head and Principal Employer or any related department, the subject will be referred to me for a final decision. While resolving such disputes, code and additional requirements as per customer’s specifications and guidelines issued by OEM will be the main criteria of consideration.
